My approach in business and in life is shaped by my faith in Christ; a belief that our work is ultimately an act of stewardship. I care deeply about helping people build something meaningful that serves others and stands the test of time.

I know what it feels like to build something with real momentum and still have it running your life instead of supporting it. I lived it in a bakery business I built from scratch that worked, until it didn't. That experience changed everything about how I think about business.

Now I help founders do what I wish someone had helped me do earlier. Step back, rebuild the foundation, and create something that's actually sustainable. Not just busy.

I don't think most business owners are lacking ideas or drive. I think they're overwhelmed, too close to it, and carrying more than they should be. My job is to help them get clear, get structured, and get moving in the right direction.
